First our minds must be “renewed” in the area of peace. We must erase all negative and unfruitful thought patterns by thinking on God’s Word.
PRAYER: Father God, I have on the helmet of salvation, therefore, my mind is renewed in peace and I cast away all attacks from it in Jesus name.
I cast away toxic thought patterns by thinking on Your Word and praying it. In addition, I will not allow anyone to bring the toxicity of words to me in the name of Jesus. I shall keep my mind renewed in Christ by praying daily and studying Your Word.
In Jesus name, we bind all poisonous words that are debilitating to our mind and spirit. We cast down from us all negative confessions that are against God’s Word so that they will not enter into our prayer life in Jesus name.
We annihilate words that are demeaning, destructive, judgmental, prideful, evil and/or harsh in Jesus name.
Therefore, we cast away words and thought patters that are not fruitful to our mind or spirit in Jesus name.
WE activate what God’s Word says about us so nothing else will enter into our mind or prayer life:
I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).
Blessings overtake me (Deuteronomy 28:2).
All of the works of my hands are blessed (Deuteronomy 2:7).
I am blessed in the city and I am blessed in the field. (Deuteronomy 28:3).
I am blessed coming in and I am blessed going out. (Deuteronomy 28:6).
I am blessed in the land that the Lord has given me. (Deuteronomy 28:8)
I am the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13).
God’s Decree to us:
“I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:3 English Standard Version).
I am of faith and blessed with faithful Abraham (Galatians 3:9).
Blessings are upon my head (Proverbs 10:6). The blessings of the Lord are like a helmet upon my head. His blessings cover and follow me.
I abound with blessings (Proverbs 28:20).
I am blessed, because I consider the poor (Psalm 41:1)
I am blessed, because I reverence the Lord (Psalm 128:1)
I am blessed, because I put my trust in God (Psalm 34:8).
I am blessed in the midst of people that speak blessings over me and that do not have a superiority complex.
I am blessed and I flee from those that cast me down, think less of me or that degrade me.
I am blessed and refute curses and negativity.
I am blessed and God has the final say over my life.
I am who God says I am!” I am what God says about me in His Word!
The Lord blesses me and keeps me. He makes His face shine upon me. He is gracious to me. He lifts up His countenance on me and gives me peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
I declare God’s best for me and His blessings are upon me!
The blessings of Abraham are mine through Christ. (Galatians 3:14)
Therefore, dear God, I have declared Your truths over my life so that I will walk after Your Godly statutes in Jesus name.
To keep my mind at peace, “We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ,” 2 Corinthians 10:5 AMP.
Dear Lord, we are taking captive all ideas and opinions that are produced by thinking or that occur suddenly in the mind to the obedience of Christ.
Anything that exalts itself against the true knowledge of God, we destroy it from us in the name of Jesus.
Whatever brings a lack of peace to us, we will not entertain it in Jesus name. Father God, we have purposed to keep our prayer life pure and clean before You so that when we pray evil thoughts will not enter into our mind in Jesus name.
Paul said in God’s Word, “Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. 7 And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].
8 Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. 9 The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you” Philippians 4:6-9 AMP.
To be careful for nothing, signifies that “we must not worry!”
In Isaiah 26:3 AMP, it says, ““You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].
Inclination as in being committed and focused on You – in both inclination and character, refers to “evil inclination,” much in the same sense as the “sin nature.”
Perfect peace is manifested when your mind remain or dwell on God.
This is keeping a “Godly and conscious walk with God.” This, then, manifests “perfect peace.”
In Psalm 119:165 AMP, it says, “Those who love Your law have great peace; Nothing makes them stumble.”
This means that “nothing shall be a stumbling block or obstacle or nothing shall cause us to fall.”
You will not fall, because you have a firm footing in the gospel of Jesus Christ and/or your mind is stabilized in Christ and His Word.
