Blessings are upon my head (Proverbs 10:6). The blessings of the Lord are like a helmet upon my head. His blessings cover and follow me.
I am watchful and militant in prayer (Mark 13:33, Luke 21:36).
I am alert and vigilant (1 Peter 5:8).
I have a ready mind (1 Peter 5:2, 2 Corinthians 8:19).
I am a prayer warrior praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18).
I walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
I watch and stand fast in the faith (1 Corinthians 16:13).
I have steadfastness of faith in Christ (Colossians 2:5).
Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you—Proverbs 4:25 ESV.
I look directly forward, because my focus is what is ahead of me.
Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth— Colossians 3:2 ESV.
My mind is set and focused on the things of God and His Word.
“Let your eyes look directly ahead [toward the path of moral courage]
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you [toward the path of integrity]” Proverbs 4:25 AMP.
“…let us run with endurance and active persistence the race that is set before us, 2 [looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith…” Hebrews 12:1-2 AMP.
“So prepare your minds for action, be completely sober [in spirit—steadfast, self-disciplined, spiritually and morally alert], fix your hope completely on the grace [of God] that is coming to you when Jesus Christ is revealed —” 1 Peter 1:13 AMP.
“And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]” Romans 12:2 AMP.
“Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest” Hebrews 3:1 NIV.
“Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” Philippians 3:13-14.
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established— Proverbs 16:3 ESV.
But the one who endures to the end will be saved— Matthew 24:13 ESV.
